Bago pa man kami makarating sa Rockwell, naligaw pa kmi ni Marlene sa kadahilanang hindi namin alam kung paano makarating doon. Nagtanong-tanong kami sa mga tao ngunit iba-iba ang kanilang sinasabi. Actually, isa’t kalahating oras kami naghintay ng masasakyan. Sobrang hirap sumakay sa tinigilan namin, sa Pacific Star Building. Sumakay na lang kami ng cab papunta sa rockwell power plant mall.
Pagdating namin sa Rockwell, umakyat na kami agad sa Cinema 4 (late na late na kasi kami eh). Nagregister muna tapos may nag-guide na sa amin papasok. Laking gulat ko nang puro elite na tao ang nanonood sa loob. Karamihan pa mga lolo at lola. Parang kami lang ata, kasama pa ang hindi ko pa nakikitang CSGP members, ang mga kabataan doon. Nahiya pa kamng umakyat sa taas, dahil kitang kita kasi kami na humaharang sa mga nanonood.
Maganda ang palabas, narinig ko na ang pangalan niya, pero hindi ko talaga siya kilala. Doon ko lang nalaman ang kanyang mga nagawa.
Matapos ang palabas, lumabas agad kami para mag-cr at magpicture-taking. Pinicturan ko muna yung booth, nakalimutan ko na nga picturan yung poster ng docu-film sa dami na rin ng tao. Sa aming paglalakad-lakad, nakita namin ni Marlene si former president Fidel V. Ramos (isa sa mga na-interview sa docu-film at sa mga nanood). Sa mga naunang magpakuha ng litrato, kaming mga youth leaders ay nakakuha rin ng pagkakataon ng magpalitrato kasama siya.
Matapos nito, dumeretso na kami sa Luna Gardens upang kumain. Doon, makikita mo rin ang mga malalaking tao. Una na rito si Jose de Venecia Jr. na aming tinawanag upang magpakuha ng litrato bago pa man siya makauwi. Matapos iyon, nagsimula na kaming kumain ng masasarap na pagkain. Pumunta kami sa isang bakanteng cocktail table upang makakain. Doon, nilapitan kami ni FVR at kinausap. Isang magandang karanasan na makausap namin ang dating presidente.
Matapos iyon, kumain lang muna kami ng kumain, dahilan na rin sa sobrang gutom pagkagaling sa biyahe. Doon, na-meet din namin si Mr. Francis Manglapus. At bago man kami umuwi, nakasalamuha pa namin ang philippine’s team everest. Nakikilala niyo naman siguro sila. hehe…

June 16, 2009Taos puso po akong nagpapasalamat sa CSGP Family sa opurtunidad na ibinigay nila sa akin. Kay Ate Czari na patuloy na nagbigay ng kanyang talino at lakas para sa organisasyon, at kay Shiela na nagpakilala sa akin sa CSGP at nagpakita sa akin ng mga magagandang adhikain ng CSGP. Nawa’y magkaroon pa tayo ng magagandang karanasan sa pagbibigay ng serbisyo para sa tulad nating kabataan. Tayo mismo ang maglunsad ng payapa at maayos na laban tungo sa kaunlaran.
Pagpalain pa nawa tayo ng Maykapal.

April 27, 2009I’m proud to be a part of AIM Global, Inc. They really help people to be successful. And now, It’s their 3rd year anniversary.
I was so stunned by the presentations from the very first. The Introduction for the executives was amazing. It was like StarStuck’s Final Judgement. The whole night was so cool!

CSGP Meeting
April 25, 2009It’s my first meeting with CSGP. It was held in 9 Mile Bar in Kalayaan, wherein an audition also took place for the “Youth for Peace” Battle of the Bands. It was a good experience, my first time in a bar with the head-aching sounds from the bands. I tried to stay outside, but there’s no one I can talk to. So I went back inside and stayed with my org mates. I’m also happy that I’m a part of the screening committee.

Lileth Claudel (1989-2009)

Lileth Claudel is a close friend of mine. There were times that we seperated from the group and talked together about lots of things. It has been two months since I had a conversation with her. I never thought that the time our classmates will have our get-together, is during her burial. I can’t believe she passed away.
It was exactly 11:10 (March 21, 2009) when one of high school classmate informed me that Lei passed away yesterday. “Trip lang yan!”, I said. I just ignored it and prepared for my defense. Right after my defense, someone texted my classmate confirming the news to be true. I, and Marlon, hurried to the said place where her remains was laid. I cried when I realized it was really true. I miss you Lei!!!

Hehe, after blogging sa aming college week blog, nakabalik na rin ako dito sa wakas. Sobrang busy talaga ang january sa aming lahat. Mula sa preparations, practices, photo shoot sessionsa marami pang iba hanggang sa mismong events at closing, involved na ata ako. Mabuti naman at successful ang lahat. Dahil na rin iyan sa pagtutulungan naming lahat.
Congrats sa mga AB Psychology Majors ng PLMun!!!
